Glyn Jones is Chairman of PFC and PAM. He founded the Sterling Power Group providing a full range of engineering design and construction services to the utility and embedded generation markets. With 40 years in the energy industry, he established the first private independent gas company in the UK and set the strategy for the competitive electricity supply business. He is well versed in energy generation, distribution, and governance issues, having served as Managing Director of key businesses entering the competitive marketplace and as National Chair of the CiC Code of Practice Competition in Connections Governance Group. He is registered as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and is a Member of the Institute of Engineering Technology (MIET).
Roy Mansell is President and Chief Executive Officer of PFC, creating a cutting-edge business model specializing in
alternative investment origination, structuring, and implementation within his core disciplines in real assets, clean
energy, and strategic metals. He has 25 years of investment experience working in an array of roles with
investment banks covering institutional investors and commercial clients. He attended Florida Tech University and
has a degree in finance from DePaul University. He is New York Institute of Finance MBS Certified.
Leigh Williams is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PAM, with diverse experience within the UK
energy sector and 20+ years of industrial experience within OEM, utility, regulatory and consulting organizations.
He has held leadership roles in large consultancies and the energy services business of the UK’s railway
infrastructure operator. He also worked with some of the UK’s pioneering battery developers. His recent
experience has been working with an investment fund developing infrastructure, improving asset performance,
creating co-investment strategies for assets and improving the performance of O&M business. He is a Chartered
Engineer (CEng) and holds a PhD in High Voltage Engineering from Cardiff University. He is a member of The IET
(MIET) and CIGRE (MCIGRE) and sits on the Executive Committee of CIGRE UK.
David Owen is Chief Financial Officer of PAM, bringing specialist knowledge of the UK energy, generation and
utilities and leasing markets. An invaluable business leader, he focuses on business improvement, maximizing
profitability and shareholder returns, including senior management experience in £1B+ turnover companies. He
provides financial acumen in business processes, developing and negotiating leasing contracts, mergers &
acquisition, and risk management strategies, and holds a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
certification.
Mathew Jones is Chief Operating Officer of PAM. Mathew is a results-focused senior leader with a track record of
delivering successful business performance and change through high performing teams. With nearly 20-years
experience in the Utility sector, he brings in-depth experience in business operations and the
assessment/development of electrical assets and infrastructure for commercial, industrial, and power generation
sites. As a senior leader of Sterling Power Group, he managed the full range of business services and HR function,
with a focus on talent identification, people retention and development programs. Other skills and experience
include mergers and acquisitions, project management, restructuring and business performance challenges,
business development, and rebranding. He holds an MBA from Aston University.
